Once the installer file (usually named D5_Installer_2.4.x.exe or similar) is downloaded, follow these steps:

Select New and choose an environment template (e.g., sunny, rainy, or studio light).

Click the main download button to grab the official client installer.

Once you have the executable file, follow these steps precisely:

D5 supports installing different versions by creating separate folders on your disk. If desktop shortcuts get overwritten, open the corresponding installation folder and double-click the launcher to start the desired version.

To get started, visit the D5 Render Download Page to grab the latest installer. Run the downloaded D5DeployTool , choose your preferred installation directory (which defaults to your C drive), and follow the on-screen prompts. Once installed, simply log in to your D5 Account—or register a new one—to activate either the free Community version or the D5 Pro subscription.

If assets aren't loading, check your firewall settings to ensure the D5 Launcher has permission to access the internet to download material maps.
